A charming New England home built in 1722, surrounded by wildflowers, local fruit shrubbery, friendly farm animals and small gardens. This private property is available for 12 hour event rentals for parties of 25 guests or less. Our working bed and breakfast is an ideal location for intimate celebrations. The home user will have access to our exterior grounds as well as the first floor of our home. Interior access includes dining room, kitchen and bathroom. You will also be able to tap into our electric, water and wi-fi. No bonfires, but enclosed candles are welcomed. Overnight lodging is available. Ask us about these upgrades!

No smoking inside. All noise and live music must end by midnight. No open flames or bonfires. (Enclosed candles are accepted) All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance prior to the event. All home users must purchase a single day liability policy for their event (this averages $200-$300 for 24 hour coverage). All garbage, personal items including decor and everything the vendors came in with must be removed from our property at the end of the event. No exceptions, due to wildlife. The owners of this property do not assist with setting up, serving guests or clean up. All of these tasks must be handled by the home user or professional vendors hired.
